The tournament will be held in three groups. The A-FIDE Open is open to all players. In the B and C tournament, the participants must be below the specified Elo number.
All tournaments are played in seven rounds according to the Swiss system. FIDE rules apply. Secondary ranking is based on round progress / Elo performance. Who arrives half an hour after the scheduled start of the round, loses the game.

for players with documented national or international elo-rating less than 2000 Elo

for players with documented national or international elo-rating less than 1650 Elo
Time control: 2h 1h nach 40 Zügen
Entry fee: 45€
Women, and players born in 2004 or later get a reduction of 10 €. Applying not before the 26.12. will cost an extra fee of 10 €.
There is also a charge of 20 € to pay. You will get this money back on the last day of the tournament. If you miss one game, without having told this the organizers the round before, then 10 € will be kept in.
GM, IM, WGM, WIM are exempted from the entry fee. We do not give more extra conditions.
The FIDE-Open will count for the FIDE-elo-rating.
